Dolkii Hawai'i is looking for a Part-Time Production Coordinator to join our fun small business and support the owner with daily operation needs. Majority of this role to start will focus on managing customer orders and keeping inventory organized as we ramp up for holiday. Depending on this person's performance, this role may advance to bigger responsibilities and growth within the company. 

 We're looking for a self-starter, motivated individual eager to learn the ins and outs of running a fun clothing line that supports women of Hawai'i! While we do value skills and past work experience, we will never look passed a candidate with a can-do attitude, willing to work hard, have fun and represent our brand values!

Filling daily orders 
Answering customer emails in a professional matter, reflective of brandProduct quality control and inventory management
Assist owner with managing production vendors
Photo shoot assisting
Support with ordering and organizing office supplies 

Strong knowledge in Shopify and fulfillment optimization 
Strong skills with Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills
Strong ability to multitaskFriendly and upbeat demeanor 

Must be available to work on Cyber Monday and most weeks throughout the holiday season
Must have a car and be able to work onsite at our office in the Arts District of Los Angeles at least 2-3 times a week
Must not be working for a competing company that could be a conflict of interest
