We will gladly exchange your product or refund you in the original form of payment (excluding shipping) as long as item is in its original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.

To begin the returns process, please first email email@example.com to give our team a heads up that a return is on its way. We can provide you further instructions before you pack your order if needed.
Please include your original order number and contact information in your returned package for faster processing times.
You will be responsible for returns shipping cost, and recommend using USPS as your carrier, as shipping lead times are 3-4 business days and they provide free tracking.
All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.
Once your package is received a member of our team will immediately contact you to finalize your return or exchange.

METHOD OF REFUND PAYMENT
We will be sure to email you a Return Notification email to notify you once your return has been received. Refunds will be processed the same day your package is received, however please allow 1-3 business days for your refund to post to your original form of payment once the return has been processed.
