fairy popcorn.

we are loving all this rainbow trend rainbow madness everything! everywhere you turn it's all over clothes, shoes, accessories and even food! umm, have you guys seeeeen the rainbow grilled cheese from Chomp Eatery in Los Angeles?!

well, we've def been bitten by that rainbow bug too! recently we stumbled upon a recipe for funfetti popcorn by blogger boss babe Emily Schuman and decided to give it a try.. seemed easy enough!  We threw in some cute new paper utensils from Target by Design Love Festand voila! We dub this one, FAIRY POPCORN, our twist on Aussie fave FAIRY BREAD!

WHAT YOU NEED:

• about half a bag of white chocolate, melted [we used Toll House for this batch]
• one bag of unbuttered popped popcorn
• half a cup of rainbow nonpareils [rainbow sprinkles!!]

Mix melted white chocolate chips with popped popcorn in a large mixing bowl. We melted the white chocolate chips in the microwave for about a minute and a half, but in thirty second intervals, stirring the chips every time till they were fully melted. 

Add sprinkles and mix together till evenly distributed.

We then spread the popcorn over some wax paper to let the white chocolate set.
