PRODUCTS AND SIZING

We’re extremely proud to say that from fabric to finish, 100% of your Dolkii garment is made domestically in the United States, in Los Angeles, California. Our tees are made using cotton + modal fibers, a uniquely balanced blend that has been curated exclusively for our brand. Each tee starts and finishes with additional wash techniques during the production process to achieve the buttery, soft touch our customers have come to love. All of our production factories are located within 15 miles of our warehouse in Los Angeles. We are proud to work with local manufacturers, which results in our company having a low carbon footprint when it comes to our operations.

For women's styles, we currently offer sizes XS - XXL in most items. For kid's styles, we currently offer sizes 6M - 6T.  Our team is also working on developing Youth sizes. Stay tuned!

Please refer to the care instructions on all of our products for details on how to wash and care for your Dolkii apparel. For most of our products (especially those with a graphic print), we recommend washing inside out using cold water, followed by drying on a gentle cycle. This will preserve the longevity of your garment and the ink colors.

Our fabric type varies in characteristics, while most of our tees are made with our cotton + modal fabric, some of our tees (like our oversized fit tees) are made with 100% cotton. Fabric content, weight & the way it's knit all play factors in how each tee absorbs the dye. Additionally, no fabric production run is exactly the same. Even slight variances between runs can cause the fabric to absorb dye differently and result in slight shade differences. Every fabrication requires a unique dye formulation to hit the same color tone, and even then, some variance is to be expected. To ensure that colors across dye batches are consistent, our dye house has a color library exclusive to Dolkii which they use to color match as closely as possible for consistency.

We do our best to work with our production team to restock products as quickly as possible. We aim to keep our classic colors in-stock year-round. PAYMENT METHOD

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Dolkii gift cards as payment. We do not accept personal checks, cash, or money orders for online orders.

Shop pay is a service that offers you the option to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal installments, due every two weeks, without any fees or impact on your credit score. For orders over $50, you have the ability to select installments, at checkout to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments.

Because our business is currently registered and operating in Hawai’i & California, in accordance with sales tax laws, if you are shipping to an address in either of these states, you will be charged sales tax. All other states do not charge tax. All tax estimates will be calculated at checkout.

Standard Shipping US Orders $90+ : 5 to 7 business days - FREE!

Standard Shipping US Orders >$90 : 5 to 7 business days - $3.00

International Shipping : 6 to 10 business days - $50.00

On all U.S. orders, we offer the option for signature upon delivery. This ensures the security of your order upon delivery. The signature requirement is an extra $4 per order.

Please note, we've been noticing delays in shipping with USPS. Packages that usually take 5-7 business days to arrive are now taking 7-10 business days on average. We apologize for the inconvenience here as USPS has provided an explanation on their website for the delays. Our team will continue to monitor this situation daily.

We will always make sure that most orders will ship within three business days of ordering. However, during times of high order volume, orders may take an additional one to two business days to process so we appreciate your patience during these times. 

Hawai'i and mainland orders ship via USPS. 

International orders ship via DHL.

It is important to us that our brand operates as sustainably as possible. That’s why we chose to source our packaging materials from The Better Packaging Co. because they specialize in eco-friendly, compostable, and sustainable packaging.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

All orders (with the exception of sticker-only orders) come with tracking information. Dolkii is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once items are delivered. If your tracking information confirms your order was delivered and you cannot locate your package, you will need to contact USPS directly. 

FOR MISSING MAIL: If your package is missing, but tracking shows it was successfully delivered, you will need to fill out a Missing Mail Form with USPS (click here).

For safety, we highly recommend checking out with ROUTE for 100% insurance on your order. This option is automatically added to your cart, but you do have the option to opt out.

ORDERS

Assisting you is our top priority! Our team will get back to you as soon as we can within 2-5 business days. We sincerely appreciate your patience with us as we are just a two-person team!

Please note that if your order includes items from our Jules + Gem Hawai'i Collaboration, these items will ship separately as they are made to order in small batches. Lead times for these items are 7- 10 business days.

Please note that orders with only stickers do not include tracking as these items ship as regular postage mail. Envelopes usually arrive within 7- 10 business days.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

Your total satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please notify us within 14 days of the date your package is delivered. We will gladly exchange your product or refund you in the original form of payment (excluding shipping) as long as the item is in its original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.

We will be sure to email you a Return Notification email to notify you once your return has been received. Refunds will be processed the same day your package is received, however, please allow 1-3 business days for your refund to post to your original form of payment once the return has been processed.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
