Did you know? According to a New York Times analysis, there are almost as many men named John in American leadership roles as there are women. Twenty-five Fortune 500 CEOs are women, while 23 are named John. Fewer Republican senators and fewer Democratic governors are women than men named John. We need to change this!

We are the generation that will continue to break glass ceilings and raise our voices in our seat at the board room, a seat we DESERVE to be represented in. But we will also balance business and self care ;). For many of us, heading to the beach when the surf is nice is our way of unwinding.
